The funeral of the four members of the family who were fatally shot was held today.

They were shot to death on the 13th of this month at Puhulyaya in the Udawalawe Police division. The 37 year old father and 32 year old mother as well as the children aged 14 and 8 were killed. A large number of people participated in the funeral.
