Top officials never against Dr Eliyantha White

 

 The Sports Medical Unit headed by Dr Geethanjana Mednis  pointed out   any doping substitutes are not contain the drugs which gave to Sri Lankan opener Upul Tharanga by Dr Eliyamtha White  during the last  World Cup cricket tournament . Dr Mendis  who also the head of the National Anti doping Unit   came forward to  give his evidence for the Dr Eliayantha White who is also the official doctor of the President Mahinda  Rajapaksha . Dr Mendis also said Dr White has invited by the Sri Lanka cricket team fore their treatments   and we , the Sports Medical Unit gave permission to   the Dr White  .
   Dr Mendis was highly praised by the Dr White and said he is giving special  method treatments and  also he is having good experience from long time . Earlier the cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar, Ashis Nehra, Gautham Gambir  all from India and International commentator  Ian Chappel also got treatments from the Dr White and also our cricketers Lasith Malinga, Tilan Samaraweera, Ajantha Mendis also used his treatments to get quick results .
   Meanwehile Upul  Tharanga  the suspected cricketer send his  letter to the ICC regard his  version of this doping issue.He stated on his letter that he  get treatments from the Dr White and non of the another doctors were  not give treatments for him . However Dr Geethanjana Mednis was tried to escape the Dr White regarding Tharanga’s issue . Dr Mendis also expected to question all world cup Sri Lankan cricketers  from this Dr White’s treatments  and that statements use  to favor of Dr White .
  According to the reliable sources  said Government top politicians also tried to talk for the Dr White and already Sport Minister gave all instructions to Sports Medical Unit to escape Dr White . However  Sport Minister  said if the athlete positive for  the doping  he is going to punish athlete , coach as well as doctor for this issue . But this time they are  not against Dr White . He said If Upul Tharanga  will say  correct version  about the drug using he can get less punishment from the WADA ..
